Holiday Gift Returns

We know gifting doesn't always hit the mark, so we are extending our holiday returns window - All full price purchases made in December can be returned for a refund or exchange up until 15 January 2025. All returns must meet the below requirements.

 

Returns Policy

We want to ensure that you love the item you purchase. If you have changed your mind, we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase provided that:

  • The item was purchased at full price*
  • The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Dust covers and original packaging are included
  • An RA number has been provided by Arlington Milne
  • Your item is returned within 14 days from delivery

* Clothing items purchased on sale can be returned for credit note unless marked as FINAL SALE (for purchases made from 27 August 2024).

We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or washed.

 

Return Shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a registered and traceable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Postage for an exchanged item will incur a shipping cost of $13 ($30 for NZ and $35 for USA).

 

Steps to Return/Exchange or Obtain a Refund

Before you return your item, please get in touch with us to obtain Return Authorisation Number (RA).

  1. Contact us at info@arlingtonmilne.com or (02) 8338 0242
  2. Note the RA number on your invoice or emailed purchase confirmation
  3. Ensure your item is returned within 14 days from your original order delivery.
  4. Include your name, address, phone number, and instructions inside the package to ensure we can contact you if needed.

 

Sale Items

Clothing items purchased on sale can now be returned for exchange or store credit, provided they are returned within 14 days from original delivery date (for purchases made from 27 August 2024).

Please note, we cannot hold sale stock for exchange. If the size you require is out of stock at the time, a credit note will be issued instead.

All accessories items purchased on sale, and all items marked as FINAL SALE are not applicable for refund, exchange or credit note.

 

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  

Refunds

Your item will be assessed upon receipt. If it meets our return requirements, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
